Building Efficiency Sales Training (BEST)

Sales Roles

BEST is a six-month training program designed for new graduates who are interested in technical sales. We combine classroom, field orientation and on the job training so you can consult with architects, engineers and building owners while developing your leadership skills and business acumen to position you as an expert in your territory. We have positions available across the U.S.

 

HVAC Position 

You will be selling intelligent HVAC controls to keep occupants comfortable, run equipment efficiently and optimize operation budgets. You’ll be selling to owners, consulting engineers and contractors.

 

Equipment

You will draw on the most comprehensive HVAC portfolio for commercial buildings of all types, ages and sizes to enhance sustainability, energy use and the indoor environment. You’ll be selling to owners, consulting engineers and contractors.

 

Security 

You will help protect and enhance working and living environments with integrated, customer-specific solutions and products that range from 24/7 remote monitoring, access controls and advanced video surveillance.

 

Fire 

You will provide life safety to help keep people and assets safe using comprehensive solutions. Selling products ranging from fire alarm systems, mass notifications and sprinklers. You will learn what it means to be up to the fire code, working closely with fire marshals to ensure safety.
